Welcome to the Recycle Challenge Parade & Festival, where creativity and sustainability come together to form a vibrant community celebration! We are thrilled to have you join us in our one - day Intention Salon running on April 17, 2025, at New Orleans Healing Center.
As a vendor, you will play a crucial role in creating a unique and engaging experience for our attendees. This year's festival is themed "Connecting Us," and we encourage you to showcase your products and services that reflect this spirit of community and environmental stewardship.
This year's theme "CONNECTING US" for The Recycle Challenge Parade & Festival through a salon.

Vendor Responsibility:

Vendors are responsible for their own packaging, setup, operation, and teardown of their stalls

Bring your own table(s) or display cases

Vendors are also responsible for any damage or liability caused by their presence at the event.

We ask that all vendor's honor sustainable practices - use grocery bags, paper bags and fabric for placing sold items in.

NEW ORLEANS VENDORS PERMIT IMPORTANT NOTICE: We welcome vendors from New Orleans, both with or without a vendor’s permit. This is a fantastic opportunity for all local entrepreneurs to gain visibility and connect with the community, regardless of their permit status!
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS :

VENDOR Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to therecyclechallenge1@gmail.com.

Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a $5.00 processing fee.

Unfortunately, cancellations requested within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
